After School Enrichment options

All after-school options are available for 3, 4 and 5 year olds. They are all on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Covenant-run options:

3 year old option:

Lunch Bunch will be offered for students enrolled in our 3 year old classrooms. Lunch bunch will run from 11:15-12:15 and include a healthy lunch and gross motor play.

Tuition is priced per day/per month.

Tuesday- $120

Wednesday- $120

Thursday- $120

4/5 year old option:

Pre-K Enrich is intended to prepare our students for the longer school day in full-day Kindergarten. This class will run a fixed Tuesday-Thursday from 11:15-1:55 and include a healthy lunch and gross motor development time. This class is intentional to build learning stamina in math and ELA concepts while providing differentiated learning in whole and small group settings. This class is only available to our 4 and 5 year old students who attend Covenant in the AM session.‍ ‍

3rd Party Partner options:

Available to all students in 3-5 year classrooms.

Draw and Paint for Life with Maureen Claffy (Monday) runs from 11:25 am to 1:15 PM.

Soccer Shots (Fridays) will run from 11:25 am to Noon.

Application Guidelines

The application process opens up to currently enrolled families and Hinsdale Covenant Church families on December 1st, and to the public in January for the following school year. We will maintain a waiting list. We reserve the right to cancel classes due to a lack of enrollment. 

Children will be enrolled in appropriate classes based on their age on September 1.  Children in classes for 3 year olds and up, must be completely toilet trained (no diapers or pull ups). Any children in those classes who have toileting accidents will have their parents called to change them.

An application and registration fee of $150 is required. Once their spot is confirmed, you will be billed for the 1st month tuition to secure their spot and that invoice will be due 2 weeks after the sent date.  Once we receive their 1st month tuition payment, their spot is saved.  It is not refundable after May 1.

Once your application, registration fee, tuition deposit, and state-required documents have been received and processed, you will receive an official confirmation of your child's enrollment. 

Registration confirmation will be sent late February with next steps to confirm your child’s spot.
