Pre-K

Class meets Monday through Friday from 8:45-11:15.

The Pre-K program is for children who turn 4 or 5 before September 1st. This class prepares our children for the rigor of full day Kindergarten. As with all our classes our PK class features a low student-teacher ratio. In addition to the list of focus areas applicable to all classes, the Pre-K program focuses on the following:

• Interactive story telling

• Problem solving

• Integrated daily themes involving books, art, math, music and science

• Math readiness including number recognition and writing, graphing and beginning addition

• Telling time

• Money counting
